Civil Society Engagement Strategy on Eastern and Southern Africa Ministerial Commitment on SRH, CSE and HIV 2015-2016
The CSO engagement strategy is based on the recognition of the need to systematically engage CSO in the realization of the ESA commitment in the region, and ensuring space and voice of youth at all levels. It is intended to stimulate action for quality scaled up and integrated service delivery and policy responsiveness in order to reach the targets of the ESA commitments
